RD-12/22-100B型全自动高速纸杯成型机是我公司在多年纸杯机械只要经验的基础上结合国外高速纸杯机械研发的全新机型，是国内首创专利设备。它通过将杯底、杯口采用不同转盘加工的方式将原三转盘机型简化为两转盘，有效降低了机器的工件行程，使机器在高速时的工作稳定、产品质量好、正品率高，特别适合制作高杯，整机自动加油润滑系统无链条传动是制作制备的首选机型，同时也是现有三转盘机型理想的升级换代产品。
RD-12/22-100B high speed paper cup forming machine comes with two turnplate,open intermittent indexing cam mechanism and gear transmission,longitudinal axis structures.The machine comes with PLC control system,sensorfailure detecting,and can stop working automatically if the machine has any problem,it can greatly improve operation safety and reducing labor cost.The machine can finish the whole process including paper feeding,side sealing,cup bottom punching & feeding,heating,knurling,cup-top curling,cup stacker.It is the best choice for making paper cups.
