RD-XLF-80SLT高速沙拉碗成型机采用台式布局，将成型部分与传动部分隔离。传动 部分安装在台面下的机架内，采用纵轴传动结构，圆柱分度凸轮和齿轮传动。所有传动部分采用淋浴式润滑。成型模具安装在台面上，便于清理维护。全机由 PLC 控制，全程由光电跟踪监控，底纸采用伺服供料。

RD-XLF-80SLT适用于生产口径150mm以上的1000-1800ml 沙拉碗。

RD-XLF-80SLT high speed paper salad bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.

RD-XLF-80SLT is suitable for producing 1000-1800ml salad bowls whose diameter is bigger   than 150mm.
