RD-XLF80DT高速纸碗成型机采用台式布局，将成型部分与传动部分隔离。传动 部分安装在台面下的机架内，采用纵轴传动结构，圆柱分度凸轮和齿轮传动。所有传动部分采用淋浴式润滑。成型模具安装在台面上，便于清理维护。全机由 PLC 控制，全程由光电跟踪监控，底纸采用伺服供料。

可以通过更换模具生产纸碗的尺寸从46盎司到170盎司，用途广泛，比如KFC桶等。

RD-XLF80DT high speed paper bowl forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.Can be used to produce paper bowls from 46 oz to 170 oz by changing molds for a wide range of applications,such as KFC buckets.
